Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

IOCANI Jewelry uses a trusted international courier service to ensure prompt and secure delivery of all orders, available from Monday to Saturday across most regions worldwide. Delivery times vary based on the type of product ordered:

• Non-personalized products: Estimated delivery within 10-15 days.

• Personalized jewelry (including engraved items): Estimated delivery within 3 weeks.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your order's progress.

If you are not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier service will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt at a time that suits you.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified. If an address change is necessary, this must be arranged directly with the courier service. Be aware that the courier may charge a fee for address changes within the same country after dispatch. Address modifications to a different country are not permitted. IOCANI Jewelry will not cover any additional shipping costs resulting from changes to the delivery address.

Delivery time:
Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET).
Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3 working days, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 4 working days if done after 4pm (CET).

BALEARIC ISLANDS
Orders over €60- FREE SHIPPING
Orders under €60 - from €15

Delivery time:
Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET). For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process can take up to 24 additional hours.
Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3 working days, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 4 working days if done after 4pm (CET). For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process can take up to 24 additional hours.

EU COUNTRIES
Orders over €80 - FREE SHIPPING
Orders under €80 - from €15 (France, Germany, UK, Italy, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Australia). Shipping prices vary in other EU countries.

Delivery time:
Express: Only valid for Portugal, France, Germany, UK, Italy and Holland. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET). 
Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3-5 working days. Exceptions: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland and Finland the shipping time is 6 to 8 working days.

NETHERLANDS

Delivery time:
Standard: 5-15 working days.
Shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to customs taxes and additional fees. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will need to be settled at the appropriate customs office. IOCANI Jewelry will handle all necessary paperwork to facilitate the customs clearance process.
