Products purchased on iocani.com may be exchanged or returned to iocani.com or to our store LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L., within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
We accept unused, unworn, and undamaged products for exchange or return, as long as they are accompanied by the original packaging from LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
iocani.com reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return that does not meet the above requirements, at the sole discretion of LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L.

iocani.com is not responsible for any loss during transport.
Shipping fees for exchanges and returns to iocani.com are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges and returns in a LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. store:
Visit one of our stores with the item(s) you wish to exchange or return, and one of our sales associates will assist you.
Unfortunately, customized orders cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once the production process has started.
The amount for returned item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method used by the customer. The refund will be issued within thirty (30) business days after the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Once LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. has issued the refund, you will receive an automatic email confirmation sent to the email address provided in the original order. This email will include the details of the returned item(s).
Please note that the original shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable. LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions at its sole discretion.
