LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. only delivers within Europe, and uses European courier service for all orders, ensuring packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday within Europe. The delivery time frame depends on the destination country and ranges from 2 to 10 business days.

IOCANI offers a two-year warranty on our jewelry. If you receive a defective product within this period, you can return it or exchange it at no additional cost. Our commitment to quality ensures you can shop with confidence.

For orders over €50, IOCANI offers free shipping. For orders under €50, the delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. We aim to provide affordable and efficient delivery options for all our customers.

How do I measure my jewelry size accurately, and what size options are available?
To measure your ring size, wrap a strip of paper or a ring sizer around your finger, mark the point where it overlaps, and measure the length with a ruler. Compare the measurement to a ring size chart to determine your size. For necklaces, most of our pieces have an adjustable length between 40 and 65 cm (16.5 to 24.6 inches).
