GENERAL INFORMATION

LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. uses an international courier service for all orders, ensuring packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday to most parts of the world.The delivery time frame depends on the product ordered:For non-personalizable products, you will receive your order within 10-15 days.

For personalized jewels, including engraved items, you will receive your order within 3 weeks.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email, allowing you to track your order.

In the event that you are not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier service will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt at your convenience.

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified. If an address change is necessary, you will need to arrange this with the courier service directly. Please be aware that the courier may impose a fee for address changes within the same country after dispatch. Address modifications to a different country are not accepted. LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. will not bear any additional shipping costs incurred from altering your delivery address.

SPAIN (MAINLAND), PORTUGAL

Orders over €50 FREE SHIPPING

• Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET).
• Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3 working days, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 4 working days if done after 4pm (CET).

BALEARIC ISLANDS

Orders over €60- FREE SHIPPING

• Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET). For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process can take up to 24 additional hours.
  
• Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3 working days, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 4 working days if done after 4pm (CET). For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process can take up to 24 additional hours.
  

EU COUNTRIES

Orders over €80 - FREE SHIPPING

• Express: Only valid for Portugal, France, Germany, UK, Italy and Holland. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET). 
• Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3-5 working days. Exceptions: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland and Finland the shipping time is 6 to 8 working days.

Netherlands

In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
