GENERAL INFORMATION

LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. uses DHL International Priority Service for all orders. DHL delivers packages from Monday to Saturday.

We ship to most parts of the world.

The delivery time frame depends on the product ordered.

For non-personalizable products:

You will receive your order within 10-15 days

For Personalized Jewels:

For engraved jewels:

You will receive your order within 3 weeks

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.

In the event that you are not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier company will contact you in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt at your convenience.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address.

You will need to contact DHL directly in your country.

Please note that DHL may charge a fee for a change of address within the same country once an order is dispatched. DHL will not accept any change of address in a different country. LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges related to changing your delivery address.

Orders over €50 FREE SHIPPING

• Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET).
• Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3 working days, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 4 working days if done after 4pm (CET).

BALEARIC ISLANDS

Orders over €60- FREE SHIPPING

• Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET). For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process can take up to 24 additional hours.
  
• Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3 working days, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 4 working days if done after 4pm (CET). For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process can take up to 24 additional hours.
  

EU COUNTRIES

Orders over €80 - FREE SHIPPING

• Express: Only valid for Portugal, France, Germany, UK, Italy and Holland. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET). 
• Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3-5 working days. Exceptions: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland and Finland the shipping time is 6 to 8 working days.

Netherlands

In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
