Products purchased on iocani.com

may be exchanged or returned to iocani.com or to our LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. store,

up to thirty days from the date of purchase.

We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, for an exchange or a return,

when accompanied by the original LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. packaging.

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

iocani.com reserves the right to refuse an exchange or a return

that does not meet the above requirements at LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. sole discretion.

Exchanges and Returns to an LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. store:

Visit one of our store with the item(s) you wish to exchange or return,

and one of our Salers will help you.

Unfortunately, orders for customized products cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once the production process starts.

The amount to be refunded for the purchased items(s) shall be reimbursed via the original method of payment used by the Customer. The refund will be issued within 30 (thirty) business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection.

Once the refund is issued by LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. to the Client, an automated email will notify the Client with the email address provided in the original order. This Refund Confirmation email will include the details of the returned product(s).

Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase and the return shipping charges are non-refundable. LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. reserves the right to refuse an exchange or a return that does not meet the above requirements at LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L.’s sole discretion.
